APPLICATION FOR SERVICE

To become an Aurora Gas customer it is necessary to complete and sign an application for service.  From the link on this page you can download and print the application.  Once you have completed the application you must file it with the Aurora Gas Company at our office.  In addition to the application you will need to provide a 12 month credit history from a recent utility, as well as pay the applicable transfer/turn on fees.  Review of the credit history may determine the need for security deposit, which must be paid prior to the start of service.

For customers requesting a new service installation, you must contact our office to schedule an appointment for estimating cost as well as determining the route for your new service line.  You will still need to complete the application available on this page as well as other documents which will be provided at your sales meeting.  All fees for service installation must be paid prior to our field crew scheduling your installation.  New service installation includes all material to and including the meter.  The final connection to your home piping must be completed by either the home owner or a heating and plumbing contractor.  A list of available heating and plumbing contractors is available by contacting our office.
